My career has taken me from traditional asset management (CPR Asset Management, BNP) into fintech, Web3, and tokenisation. Having operated on both sides, I understand the expectations of institutional stakeholders as well as the realities of building and scaling innovative businesses.
What I enjoy most is helping founders and teams bring more clarity and structure to their business. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional projects spanning marketing, operations, people, communications, and project management, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges companies face as they grow.
